Bonang Matheba, Queen of The Night.
Beautiful Bonang Matheba is one of the very few women that are arguably Mzansi’s number 1 celebrity star. Bonang was Master of Ceremony for Nedbank’s October 23, 2013 Branch of the future event at the heart of Johannesburg’s Central Business District. It was where Main and Simmons streets cross that the exciting buzz was experienced along with the lovely and chill Wednesday evening.
As per usual, Nedbank laid out a well prepared and varied menu of finger foods. Cheese’s and other delicacies were also on station. Truth be told, regardless what class we are all from, hunger brings us all to our knees. I am quite certain that everyone at the event enjoyed the food, Champaign and free beer provided by Nedbank. Bonang graciously took centre stage and directed the program of the night.
I am sure that after the Drum scandal and expose of apparently untrue remarks about Bonang’s past, many journalists and hobby writers like myself will be quite careful about what they say about this feisty celebrity. Bigger than life itself on our cosy SABC screens, it is surprising how Petit this beauty queen is.
Bonang truly looked beautiful, I was particularly taken by the seemingly silky and milky caramel skin on her face, as well as those tiny and lovely little feet in shoes that looked through my lens like they were brand new. Perhaps I have a foot fetish, lol! She wore a dress or outfit that looked like it might have been made of leather, I dare say I hope it wasn’t that in the heat of that venue.
